Our Studio.
Founded in 1987, Studio du Corps became the first Pilates studio in Orange County. Continuing its reputation for excellence, Studio du Corps offers a comprehensive program, teaching the classic work of Joseph Pilates as well as the innovative work of legendary teacher Ron Fletcher. An expert staff is dedicated to encourage each client to reach his or her desired goals. Workouts are tailored to the student's own level of ability and requirements in a quiet, non-competitive environment. Beginning sessions are one-on-one and follow a natural progression to greater levels of advancement and independence.
The Studio and Diane Diefenderfer have been featured in the LA Times, OC Register, Pilates Style Magazine, Sports Illustrated, and Balanced Body Catalog. A list of present and former notable clients includes: Olympic figure skaters Sasha Cohen, Jenni Meno, and Todd Sands, diver Wendy Williams, and former Anaheim Angels pitcher Mark Langston. Dancers from New York City Ballet, ABT, Rockettes, and Cirque du Soleil, as well as many UC Irvine students, continue to benefit from the Pilates Method taught at Studio du Corps.
