What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited.

How long is a Private session?

55 minutes

What do I wear to a Pilates session?

Comfortable activewear that you can move in. Please no short shorts. Grip socks are optional. We ask that you keep jewelry to a minimum for your safety. Please save your best perfumes and colognes for outside the studio.
